REGISTRATION DETAILS

COST OF COURSE: $900

Payment is due at checkout.

CANCELLATION:

Must cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before the course start date to receive a refund. You are allowed 1 reschedule.

MODELS: You are required to bring 1 model to perform the service.

Please reach out to your potential model in advance, as we will need to send over their consent forms. All clients/models must be healthy candidates for Brow Laminations so please do not wait until the last minute to secure your models.

PARKING / LUNCH:

We will have Sweetgreen for a healthy lunch option, along with water, coffee, and snacks will be provided during the course.

KIT:

You will receive our Lamination Kit during the class, filled with all of the necessities to start on up to 20 clients!

Do you have prior experience with Brow Laminations?

Student Artist understands that this Brow Lamination, Shaping & Tinting Training Course will be conducted in accordance with the guidelines in the attached Addendum.

Student acknowledges they must pay the full amount of the Training cost at the time of enrollment of the course (see attached Addendum for cost of the Training). Notice of Withdrawal: If Student Artist is unable to attend the Training after registration or reservation has been made, Student Artist must immediately notify MOKO and receive written confirmation (email or mail) of receipt of the Withdrawal Notice from MOKO. Upon Notice of Withdrawal, the following terms will apply: Withdrawal Policy: If Student Artist wishes to cancel his / her Training reservation or Training registration, the following terms will apply: any payment, whether full or partial, submitted within 10 business days prior to the beginning of the Training is not subject to a refund. Any payment submitted earlier than 10 days prior to the beginning of the program is refundable.

Student agrees to follow all instructions provided by Instructor during the Course, and agrees to work cohesively with fellow classmates and Instructor(s)

Student Artist expressly grants MOKO the right to use images of him/her for training and marketing purposes.
